In this webinar, Michael will discuss in detail the main schedules of reinforcement/reward (continuous, variable, and random) with a special emphasis on the importance of variable reinforcement (VR). He will also discuss what happens neurobiologically and behaviorally when using VR, what the benefits are for you and your dog, and how to incorporate VR thoughtfully into your training programs for competition or companion dogs.
